with sexual abuse / assault in our society. That is not to say false accusations don't exist ... there are plenty. However, there are also plenty which do not get reported / covered up. Fortunately, professional / college sports are such high profile, there is media scrutiny to expose the corruption.

I've said this before, every assault case is unique. Most organizations are ill equipped to deal with accusations of sexual abuse / assault correctly. It's almost always best to go to law enforcement.
